Welcome to Superherooo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and mobile application (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Platform

Superherooo provides a digital marketplace connecting individuals seeking household and professional services ("Customers") with independent, background-verified service professionals ("Heroes"). We do not directly provide these services but facilitate the connection and payment.

2. User Accounts

To use most aspects of the Platform, you must register for and maintain an active personal user account. You must be at least 18 years of age to obtain an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Payments and Fees

You understand that use of the Platform may result in charges to you for the services you receive from an Independent Professional ("Charges"). Superherooo will facilitate your payment of the applicable Charges on behalf of the Professional. All Charges are due immediately and payment will be facilitated by Superherooo using the preferred payment method designated in your Account.

4. Professional Guidelines (For Heroes)

Independent professionals using the Platform agree to maintain a high standard of service, adhere to all local laws, and uphold the Superherooo code of conduct. Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination from the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Superherooo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the services.
