Request deletion in the app

1. Sign in to the relevant Superherooo app.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Request account deletion.
4. Review the notice and submit the request.

Request deletion by email

Email us from the address registered to your account. Include your registered phone number and whether you use the Citizen, Partner, or Mediator app.

What happens next

• Support verifies account ownership before processing the request.
• Active jobs, disputes, safety cases, or outstanding settlements may need to be resolved first.
• Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.

Data deleted

Subject to verification and legal obligations, deletion covers profile and contact information, saved addresses and preferences, device and notification tokens, profile photos, and other account-linked data that is no longer required.

Data that may be retained

Limited transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute, KYC, and legal-compliance records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

Retained records are restricted from normal product use and deleted or anonymized when the applicable retention period ends.
