Superherooo Insurance Policy

At Superherooo, we prioritize your peace of mind. Every service booked through our platform is backed by our comprehensive insurance policy.

1. The Guarantee

If a Superherooo Independent Professional damages your property during a booked service, we provide coverage up to ₹50,000 for eligible claims.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the insurance claim:

• The service must have been booked and paid for entirely through the Superherooo Platform.
• The damage must have occurred as a direct result of the Professional's negligence during the service.
• The claim must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion.

3. Exclusions

The policy does not cover:

• Pre-existing damages or normal wear and tear.
• Cash, jewelry, fine art, or rare collectibles.
• Services arranged outside of the Superherooo platform.

4. Claim Process

To file a claim, please take clear photos of the damage immediately and contact our support team. We will send an inspector within 48 hours to assess the damage and process the reimbursement.
