3. Android Application Permissions

This section explains the device permissions requested by the SuperHerooo Android application, why each permission is needed, and how the related data is used. Permissions are requested only for functionality that is actually used within the app, in line with the purpose-limitation and data-minimization principles of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

3.1 General Principles

The SuperHerooo Android application follows Android's runtime permission model. This means:

• Sensitive permissions are requested only at the point they are needed, not all at once during installation
• Users may grant or deny each permission individually through the Android system permission dialog
• Users may review or revoke any previously granted permission at any time through Settings > Apps > SuperHerooo > Permissions on their device
• Denying a permission may disable or limit the specific feature that depends on it, without necessarily affecting the rest of the app

3.2 Permissions Requested and Their Purpose

3.3 Background Location

Background location access, where requested, is used strictly to enable live tracking of an assigned Expert's arrival. It is not used to track Users when the app is not actively facilitating a booking, and location data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

3.4 Managing Permissions

Users can view, grant, or withdraw any Android permission at any time through their device settings. Withdrawing a permission may limit the following, depending on the permission withdrawn:

• Location — service address auto-detection and live Expert tracking may not function correctly
• Camera / Storage — identity verification uploads, profile photos, and support attachments may need to be completed manually or may be unavailable
• Phone — masked in-app calling between Customers and Experts may be unavailable, though bookings can still be managed through in-app chat where offered
• Notifications — Users may not receive timely booking, payment, or service alerts

3.5 No Unnecessary Data Collection

SUPERHEROOO PRIVATE LIMITED does not request Android permissions beyond what is reasonably necessary for the features described above, does not use device permissions to collect data unrelated to the Platform's services, and does not sell permission-derived data to third parties. This section should be read together with Section 2 (Information We Collect) and Section 7 (Data Sharing).

4. How We Use Your Information

SUPERHEROOO PRIVATE LIMITED uses your information only for legitimate business purposes necessary to provide and improve our services. We may use your personal information to:

Upon receiving a valid deletion request:

• your account will be deactivated

Once the deletion process is completed, access to your account cannot be restored, and you may need to register again to use the Platform in the future.
